By accessing, browsing, or using the The Travel Center website and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by The Travel Center Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Travel Center Inc..
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Travel Center provides an online flight search and booking platform that allows users to search for, compare, and book airline tickets from over 500 airlines worldwide. Our platform connects to airline inventory systems, including the Duffel API, to provide real-time flight availability and pricing.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
The Travel Center Inc. acts as an intermediary between you and the airline carriers. The actual air transportation is provided by the respective airline, and their own terms and conditions apply to the carriage of passengers and baggage.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete, or if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
When you make a booking through our platform, you are entering into a contract with the relevant airline carrier. The Travel Center Inc. facilitates this transaction as an authorized travel agent (IATA No. 91205170).
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation email with your booking reference number and e-ticket. The display of available flights on our platform does not constitute a binding offer.
Passenger Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details (names, dates of birth, passport numbers) match the travelers' official identification documents exactly. Errors in passenger information may result in denied boarding, and we cannot be held liable for such incidents.
Agency Role: As a travel agency, we act on your behalf to secure the best available fares. Once a booking is confirmed, the airline's own fare rules, conditions of carriage, and policies govern the ticket.
Pricing: All prices displayed on our platform are in the currency indicated at the time of search and include applicable taxes and surcharges unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and payment is processed.
Currency: We support multiple currencies for your convenience. The final charge to your payment method may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All payments are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors.
Service Fees: A service fee may be applied to cover the costs of operating our platform and providing customer support. Any applicable service fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
Taxes: Prices include all government-imposed taxes, airport fees, and carrier-imposed surcharges applicable at the time of booking. Additional taxes may apply depending on your country of residence.
Cancellation and refund policies are primarily determined by the airline carrier and the fare type purchased. Different fare classes have different cancellation rules.
Airline Policies: Each airline has its own cancellation, change, and refund policies. These policies are communicated during the booking process and are part of the fare rules associated with your ticket. We strongly recommend reviewing these policies before completing your purchase.
Refund Processing: Where a refund is applicable, we will initiate the refund process with the airline on your behalf. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, though some airlines may take up to 30 days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
EU Passenger Rights: Passengers departing from EU airports or traveling on EU-based carriers are entitled to protections under EU Regulation 261/2004, including compensation for cancellations, long delays, and denied boarding under certain conditions.
Non-Refundable Service Fees: Our service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law.
By using our Service, you agree to:
